Instalaciones super modernas en un barrio nuevo, con portero y con vigilancia en la puerta. Tiene todas las comodidades. Es genial si buscas un sitio donde poder desayunar, cenar, poner lavadoras o ver un poco la TV. Nos vino genial para descansar y bajar el ritmo con nuestra peque de 4 años.

La ubicación está algo alejada de las zonas turísticas pero viendo el ritmo ajetreado de Casablanca vale la pena si buscas algo menos cañero.

النظافة - توفر كل شي حرفيا داخل الشقة من اجهزة وادوات مطبخ وتنظيف ام تكن اقامتي الا وكأني في بيتي تتوفر بلكونة مساحتها جيدة يمكن الدخول لها عن طريق غرفة النوم أو الصالة صراحة لو لم يكن معي أطفال لكنت أقمت مدة أطول الشقة كما بالصور وأفضل وهي قريبة من شارع عبدالمؤمن والترام يوجد في المنطقة عدد من البقالات والسوبر ماركت مثل بيم ومرجان تتوفر مقاهي رائعة قريبة من المكان سيرا على الاقدام كلمة أخيرة شكرا للمضيف الرائع محسن

كحال كثير من الشقق الحمام لا يتوفر به شطاف التكييف في البداية كان ضعيف ولكن انتهت المشكلة بعد التواصل مع الاخ محسن

Cleanliness. Unable to reach the contact person by phone when it was necessary despite alternative provision via WhatsApp.

Accessibility through the main entrance door was almost impossible despite following instruction. Assistance by residents from inside the property was necessary at times. £45 extra charge for alleged upgrade for the same property wasn’t necessary and with benefit of hindsight it was a ploy to extort money from an unweary customer. Not nice atall and comes across as quite discouraging. The bedroom sliding doors were faulty.
