Location and the size of the room is excellent. And offcourse budget friendly.

Location, service, good behaviour, cleanliness
Customer support could be better, should guide customers for tourism related matters. The reception counter should be at the ground floor for better visibility and services.

Breakfast was excellent. The managers at desk, Mr Arun Gayakwad, Mr Yash, Mr prasad were very helpful when needed. Through out the period of our stay all staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms and other premises were very well maintained and clean.
Bit of lighting outside our window. But when we requested they kindly took it off.

Very good breakfast, but limited to two plate choices which was rather bizarre, as it was not buffet-style. The restaurant staff were very helpful. The restaurant itself was spacious, clean, well-lit, and comfortable, offering a wide range of menus and food for lunch and dinner as well. In fact it would be relevant to state that it was the restaurant that made the hotel attractive and the stay memorable. Just a single cup of coffee or tea was offered each morning.
The bathroom facilities were very awkward (tiny space, disposables like soap/shampoo were tightly controlled), similarly the room was small, barely enough to sustain a double bed, the housekeeping staff were stingy with tea/coffee/milk pouches, etc (had to ask the reception staff every time for these). Clean rooms, but one had to ask many times for the cleanliness to be maintained. Comfort level of the mattress was only average. Breakfast offered was very limited despite a wide range being made available.
