Location was excellent - close to the car park and to the centre of Ortigia. Lovely to have the roof terrace for breakfast and dinner. The design of the apartment meant it felt light and airy.

La struttura è molto carina dentro non manca davvero nulla anzi... per quello che l'abbiamo pagato è eccezionale host di ortigia molto gentile...posizione ottima vicino alla cala rossa se vuoi andare al mare...e vicino al centro se la sera ti vuoi fare la passeggiata... ci sono tutte le comodità per fare una settimana di ferie in tranquillità...
Tre cose
Io rivedrei la mansarda (in estate)dove c'è il letto impossibile x dormire troppo caldo c'è un ventilatore ma non fa nulla...
E l'altra cosa in cucina c'era un invasione di formiche andavano fino nel frigorifero...per quella che l'abbiamo usato noi non ci andato tanto fastidio però fate qualcosa please...
È l'ultima sono gli infissi del salone e cucina siccome in mansarda era impossibile dormire noi dormivamo in salone e gli infissi facevano entrare troppa luce di notte c'erano 2 lampioni che sembrava sempre giorno io avrei messo degli scuri come nella camera da letto...

Great location and communication from the host. Apartment looks even better than the picture. The kitchen has everything you could ask for. Especially loved the added touch of water and juice in the fridge when we arrived on a hot day. Terrace was great under the umbrella for snacks before exploring Ortigia.
We were a group of two couples who would all definitely stay again

Good location.
Many fittings were rusty. There were many cats living around the property. We made the owner aware the property smelt of cat urine.
