The property was very nice and large just like it shows in the photos.wa
Walking distance to local shops etc and est to get into the center of Paris.
The people that stayed in the ground floor apartment below where very helpfull and gave us a lot of information and how to access the parking etc
The instructions to access the lockbox in the garage where a bit confusing as to get to the garage you have to first access the pedestration gate to the complex but the instructions don’t mention this part.
It should state first to access the gate using the code then proceed round the back to the garage where the lockbox is located.
Also the apartment had a small balcony but we could not access it as the shutter would not open.

Great Apartment. We all loved it.
We were a group of 5 ( 3 adults and 2 teenagers) and the size and layout of the apartment is great.
And we love Vincennes!

La casa era molto bella e spaziosa in un quartiere tranquillo ed elegante .
Gli elettrodomestici erano fantastici . Il letto era comodo e si dormiva benissimo . Il divano davvero comodo.
Nel complesso la casa era pulita , spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Un appartamento tenuto bene anche se all’ arrivo ho trovato un bicchiere di carta sporco in una camera e il forno non pulito . ( probabilmente una svista della signora delle pulizie ).
Mancava anche il bollitore che dopo varie lamentale mi è stato consegnato nuovo.
Le tapparelle del soggiorno e della cucina erano rotte e bloccate Non si potevano alzare e non siamo potuti uscire sul terrazzo e la casa risultava molto buia .
Sono stata molto delusa dalle tapparelle che non funzionavo e solo per questo motivo do 6 come punteggio .
La cosa che mi ha fatto più arrabbiare è che il problema alle tapparelle era già stato segnalato un mese prima da altri visitatori ma lo staff non ha fatto niente per ripararle e ha continuato a mettere in affitto la casa.. non preoccupandosi dei nuovi sventurati ospiti .
Se non avessi avuto questo problema avrei dato 8 - 9 come punteggio ma non è stato così !!! Mi sono lamentata e hanno mandato un ragazzo che ha tirato su le tapparelle un pochino ma non ha per niente risolto il problema .
Sono stata in quella casa 10 giorni e non sono potuta uscire sul terrazzo e sono rimasta con le tapparelle bloccate a metà . Non è giusto visto il prezzo che ho pagato e questo fatto mi ha rovinato la vacanza .
L’ appartamento non è vicinissimo alla metro e alla rer …bisogna camminare 15 minuti per raggiungerle però vicino al portone c è una fermata dell’ autobus molto comoda
