Good value. Nice place and location, spacious
The sofas bed were uncomfortable and the air conditioner on the second floor is placed in the small hall that leads to the bathroom and both rooms. I believe if there were warmer days, it could be a problem.

Insgesamt ein echt nettes Reiheneckhäuschen mit einer Garage für zwei Autos. Besonders schön sind die zwei Balkone, sowie die große Terrasse, die eigentlich den ganzen Tag in der Sonne liegt. Die Vermieterin reagiert zeitnahe auf Fragen. Das Einchecken funktioniert unkompliziert, wenn man sich durch das vorab gesendete pdf gelesen hat.
Der (zumindest im April 2026 laut deutscher Beschreibung) zur Unterkunft gehörende Tennisplatz existiert schlicht nicht, stattdessen wurden wir von der Vermieterin auf öffentliche Tennisplätze verwiesen. Wir hatten mehr als die Hälfte der Zeit massiven Baulärm, den die Vermieterin zwar bedauerte, aber zumindest proaktiv keinerlei Nachlass anbot.
