No WiFi - Unresponsive Host

There was no WiFi. Unresponsive host. Sent them 10 times inquiries about WiFi services and I didn't receive any response.. The signal for mobile data was very weak and I badly needed the WiFi for my work. There were lots of advertisements, papers, flyers inside the room but there was no clear instruction for the most important service which is WiFi. There was a qr code to scan but doesn't work. There was another flyer on top of the table that's different to the one that's being taped on the wall, I did try both of them and neither is working. Been trying to restart many times the router but didnt work. No YouTube, no Netflix coz WiFi doesn't work, no entertainment at all. The 6 phone numbers they provided was unavailable. No response at all from the host. I think that was rude not to respond to the guest and that's very sad.
