The location is okay. There is a supermarket near the property and a few fast-food places. There is a tram line near, and you can also walk to the gym. It is an okay location overall. The size of the studio is decent, the AC works well.
The kitchen could be stuffed better - not enough of plates, pans, etc. The property is a bit pricey for Murcia. Although the hosts are easy to deal with. I hated the automatic coded lock. It failed a few times so I had to call or text the hosts just to get back in. it is quite inconvenient.

La ventana del salón, creo que fue lo unico
Nunca dicen en la publicación que la cama está embutida en la pared, y para personas con lesiones en la columna, realmente es difícil bajarla. Otro tema es la tecnología mal diseñada para entrar y salir tanto del piso como del edificio. Fatal. Estuve en la noche 15 minutos esperando para poder entrar al edificio. Y ni el chico del número de atención al cliente podía abrir la puerta desde quién sabe dónde. Al final pudimos abrir la puerta con la clave de otro piso. Soy viajero frecuente por temas de trabajo, y para mayor facilidad alquilo este tipo de pisos, para no depender en un hotel del personal de recepción, evitar la lentitud de un checkin y hacer todo más ágil. Pero en este piso fue todo lo contrario. Todo fatal.
