Location was perfect, but I have stayed in this neighborhood 5 times previously. The flat was right across the street from a good supermarket, I left a bag so the next guests will be able to do some shopping right away.
Check in process was a bit clunky - Booking.com stripped links out of the property's messages, so I had to call to get the information. I am very familiar with the area and also with Paris flats, so I was expecting to get keys from a lockbox, to enter multiple door codes, and to buzz my way out - someone who had never been to Paris might have had more trouble.

This was such a well-laid out apartment and very spacious for a Paris studio. Very well-equipped kitchen, great sized bathroom and even a washing machine. We loved the location - so easy to get to everything and lots of facilities nearby. Easy to find/check in and great communication from staff.
