The location within the UNESCO World Heritage Site is perfect for exploring the historic centre of Naples. 2 minute walk to Dante metro station, 5 minutes from the subterranean museums, 30 minutes from the Catacombs. The apartment on the first floor is spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the famous Spaccanapoli. Window shutters block out most of the street noise, the aircon is effective and the bed is super comfy. We used the washing machine. Detergent was supplied as well as pegs for hanging clothes on the line outside the window. Spotlessly clean. The welcome by the host was exceptional. He even messaged us to tell us where the umbrellas were when thunderstorms were forecast. Thanks for a great stay Genny.

Un immense merci à Gennaro, qui a vraiment rendu mon séjour à La Regina di Spaccanapoli encore plus agréable. Sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité, son attention et sa façon d'être toujours présent sans jamais être envahissant m'ont énormément touchée. Il a été d'une bienveillance incroyable du début à la fin, toujours souriant, serviable et prêt à aider avec une simplicité et une chaleur rares.
Il a également tout fait pour adapter le check-in et le check-out à mes horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Dès qu'il lui était possible de s'organiser, il le faisait volontiers, avec une gentillesse désarmante. Un ange.
Je suis tombée amoureuse de Naples dès mon premier séjour. C'était cette fois ma deuxième visite, et je crois pouvoir dire que j'ai encore davantage aimé la ville grâce à cet hébergement et à la qualité de l'accueil reçu.
Quand on voyage seule, rencontrer une personne comme lui fait vraiment toute la différence. C'est le genre de rencontre qui réchauffe le coeur. Gennaro fait partie de ces personnes qui donnent une âme à un lieu et qui laissent un vrai souvenir humain derrière elles.
L'établissement est propre, soigné, spacieux et avec absolument tout ce dont on a besoin. Il est en plus idéalement situé pour découvrir Naples à pied. On s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise.
Je repars avec une très belle impression et beaucoup de gratitude. 10/10 sans hésiter. Une adresse que je recommanderais avec grand plaisir, et où je reviendrais très certainement.
S'il fallait vraiment relever un tout petit détail à améliorer, ce serait la douche : le pommeau, fin et allongé, concentre beaucoup le jet, ce qui le rend assez puissant et un peu trop direct à mon goût. Ce n'est évidemment qu'un détail très personnel, et sincèrement le seul petit point que je pourrais mentionner dans un séjour par ailleurs excellent.
Il faut également garder à l'esprit que l'établissement se trouve en plein coeur de Naples, dans un quartier vivant et animé : il ne faut donc pas s'attendre à un silence absolu. Personnellement, cela ne m'a pas dérangée du tout, cela fait aussi partie de l'ambiance de la ville. Et, détail très attentionné, Gennaro met même des bouchons d'oreilles à disposition au cas où, pour ceux qui seraient plus sensibles au bruit.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location in the historic centre was perfect. Despite being just a short walk from some of Naples’ busiest streets, the area itself felt surprisingly peaceful and local – almost like a little hidden neighbourhood in the middle of the city. We absolutely loved it.
The apartment had everything we could have wished for and more. From the balcony, where we enjoyed our breakfast in the mornings, to the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, everything made us feel comfortable and at home. We also have to mention the unlimited air conditioning – an enormous plus during the hot days, and something we definitely made good use of!
What truly made this stay stand out from all the other places we stayed during our holiday, however, was Gennaro and his friend. From before we even arrived, they were incredibly helpful with travel advice, recommendations and things to see and do in Naples.
When we arrived, we were welcomed by two energetic, warm and genuinely caring hosts who clearly wanted to make sure we had the best possible stay. Their hospitality played a huge part in making our time in Naples as memorable as it was, and they deserve a very special thank you from us.
We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Naples!

Tutto corrisponde a quanto descritto online.
L'alloggio è comodo per 4 persone, quindi per me che viaggiavo da sola era una reggia, pulita, in ottima posizione con tutti i confort, anche doppia TV, una in sala/cucina e una in camera da letto.
Associandomi a quanto già scritto dagli altri ospiti, posso aggiungere che quando oltre il danaro c'è la passione, la voglia di fare bene il proprio lavoro, il piacere nel coccolare chi viene da te e potrebbe scegliere altro, tutto questo fa la differenza.
L'host, nonché Gennaro, fa la differenza, non solo per i servizi che offre ai suoi ospiti, ma anche con piccoli gesti e attenzioni ai dettagli.
Tutto bene oltre le mie aspettative!
