The staff here are incredibly friendly and very helpful and attentive. Breakfast is delicious. The swimming pool is very clean and refreshing, perfect for the hot weather in Hoi An. The rooms are clean, the toilets are very clean, and the showers are great.
There's nothing to complain about. Everything here is great.

Location was close to old town and quiet street. Breakfast ok- eggs made to order. Friendly staff
No hot water- switch was taped over so you could not turn it on. The balcony was tiny and shared with another room. Very hard bed- like a rock. Had a pool but never used it due to its location - next to reception and undercover. Very quite so no real vibe and no sociable area- may be due to low season
