Altogether, this stay was disappointing, both in terms of accommodation standards and support from management and platfo

Spacious.

The property images are quite misleading, especially regarding the bedrooms and natural light. The bedrooms have no windows or proper ventilation, which under Portuguese housing regulations (Decreto-Lei n.º 163/2006 and related habitability standards) is not compliant with legal requirements for habitable rooms. The photos appear to have been taken early in the morning to suggest that the balcony receives sunlight throughout the day — in reality, the sunlight lasts for no more than 40 minutes. The overall feeling is somewhat closed off, almost like living in a converted storage space rather than a proper apartment. Additionally, the property management was disorganized and unhelpful — our check-in was delayed, and when the shower flooded, we had to resolve the issue ourselves. Booking’s customer support, unfortunately, got lost in procedural back-and-forth and offered little effective assistance.

El alojamiento está en una zona muy tranquila. A 10 minutos de la playa en coche. El anfitrión fue muy amable y nos permitió entrar antes en el alojamiento.

En el baño había gel, pero solo un rollo de papel higiénico. Se ve que antes era un garage, y no tiene ventanas en los dormitorios. Tiene otra alojamiento encima, que no lo sabíamos. Aunque no estaba ocupado en este momento

Descrição enganosa de "habitação" que fazem passar por "villa"

Limpeza geral, localizacao

A descrição é enganosa e completamente fora da realidade, não é uma "villa" mas sim uma "habitação" adaptada na parte de baixo de uma moradia que aparenta ser uma garagem/loja, os quartos, casa de banho e sala não têm janelas, não teem ventilação nem iluminação natural, é sombrio e claustrofóbico pois como se não bastasse usam luzes brancas frias e deficientes. Passam tubos e canaletes dentro da habitação e tem uma tampa de esgoto enorme no meio da sala, cujos maus cheiros e odores tornam-se insuportáveis. Toda a "habitação" só tem uma janela ao lado da porta de entrada. Os quartos não teem roupeiros nem comodas. Reclamamos durante a estadia mas não valeu de nada.

La casa muy bien, terraza super apetecible y tranquila, las vistas, cocina con todo lo necesario y mas. Amplitud de las habitaciones, baño, salón, cocina. Aparcamiento dentro de la casa.
