Ferienhaus im älteren rustikalen Landhausstil, das aber alles an Modernität hat, was den Urlaub angenehm macht:
Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Backofen und Waschmaschine,
Klimaanlage in allen Räumen,
Badezimmer direkt an die Schlafzimmer angeschlossen, keiner muss über den Flur laufen,
Fliegennetze in den Fenstern bzw. Türen der Schlafzimmer, so dass man nachts mit offenen Fenstern schlafen kann, ohne dass Stechmücken reinfliegen (!),
Moderne Internetfernseher,
funktionierendes (!) WLAN,
Wäscheständer auf der Terrasse,
Dusche im Garten, so dass man sich den Sand von den Füßen waschen kann, bevor man das Haus betritt,
schöne überdeckte Terrasse mit Esstisch und Platz für viele Personen,
Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
Traumhafte Strände von Chia sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Guter Supermarkt mit Frischetheke ist in Pula in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Liebenswerte Vermieterin, die immer wieder nachfragt, ob es uns auch wirklich in ihrem Haus gut geht.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sensationell gut. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.
Wir freuen uns, dass Alessandra uns ihr Häuschen mit riesigem Garten anvertraut hat.
Wir hatten darauf gesetzt, etwas weniger mit dem Auto zu fahren, da auf der Karte der Strand und der Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Der Strand ist allerdings nicht ganz so schön wie die Strände von Chia (das Wasser ist aber überall kristallklar - auch hier!) und der Supermarkt hatte am ersten Tag noch auf, war aber wirklich armselig. Das heißt, man muss sich darauf einstellen, für jedes Brot und jedes Eis ein Auto zu benötigen. Man sollte aber fairer Weise sagen, das das für die ganze Südspitze von Sardinien gilt. Dafür sind die Strände nicht so überlaufen wie im Nordosten.

Location was excellent. Both rooms have own bath. Interior space is nice and big. Yard is nice and huge with place to park vehicle. Host Alessandra was really helpful. Beach is 300m away with pine trees on each side of the street. Grocery store is 250m away. Ask Alessandra for the short-cut to the store.
Do not try to run all 3 AC units simultaneously, it might trip the breaker. The most pleasant way to cool space over night is to run dining room AC only and to keep bedroom doors open. We were at the hottest period of the year, mid August.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa presso Casa Helichrysum. La casa è molto spaziosa, dotata di cucina che ha tutto il necessario, soggiorno con condizionatore, due camere da letto con bagni accessibili solo da esse ed entrambe aventi altri due condizionatori. Il giardino fuori dalla casa è enorme, con molto verde e un tavolo per poter fare colazione, pranzare e cenare all'aperto. Inoltre c'è anche un amaca comodissima sulla quale trascorrere il primo pomeriggio nel fresco (dato che la casa è situata in una pineta) prima di andare in spiaggia, libera, la quale è vicinissima all'abitazione (per raggiungerla ci vogliono 5 minuti a piedi). Inoltre la casa è vicina alle più famose spiagge del Sud della Sardegna. La proprietaria, Alessandra, veramente gentilissima, ci ha accolti con sincera cortesia dandoci informazioni sui ristoranti più buoni e le spiagge più belle da visitare. Si vede che ci tiene a far passare il miglior soggiorno possibile ai propri ospiti. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Bella casa, splendido giardino, più che soddisfacenti le attrezzature presenti (stoviglie,biancheria).
Unico inconveniente i condizionatori non efficienti, ma Alessandra ha subitamente provveduto a fornire ventilatori. Il residence molto bello ma sprovvisto di attività commerciali (tabacchi,giornalaio, piccolo supermercato ) che rendono indispensabile l'uso dell' auto.
