The apartment was very clean, which was by far its biggest strength. It was modern, well maintained, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was also convenient for exploring Milan. Overall, the cleanliness and general condition of the apartment made for a pleasant stay.
The apartment is on the top floor and becomes extremely hot during the summer. Although there is an elevator to the fourth floor, you still need to carry your luggage up two more flights of stairs to reach the apartment. This is very difficult in hot weather and makes the property unsuitable for elderly guests, families with small children, or anyone with heavy luggage.
The apartment only provides four bottles of water and no other hot or cold drinks. Since going up and down the stairs is inconvenient, this would have been appreciated.
The rooftop terrace has no real view, and the apartment receives limited natural light. Only the living room gets a reasonable amount of daylight.
The bathroom sink and shower drain do not drain water properly.
If you have an early departure, there is no luggage storage service, which can be inconvenient after check-out.

I appreciate the patio for hanging clothes after washing and having two full bathrooms for our group of five. I also value the availability of drinking water, allowing us to easily refill our water bottles.
When we first arrived, we waited for an hour trying to figure out how to get into the building since the instructions provided were not very clear. It was hard to access the online messages from the booking app because there was no WiFi available yet, which made it more inconvenient. Fortunately, one of the tenants was kind enough to help and called the host, who was able to translate and tell us how to get into the building. She said that we were not the first ones to experience this.

Ilmeisesti toisessa kylpyhuoneessa, jossa on puulattia, on kosteutta. Homeen haju oli voimakas ja ilman jatkuvaa tuuletusta siellä oli hyvin epämiellyttävä käydä. Useampi seurueestamme sai allergisia oireita vierailun aikana.
Yritys on pyrkinyt tekemään sisäänkirjautumisen mahdollisimman helpoksi, mutta ainakaan meillä se ei valitettavasti toiminut. Linkki ei auennut, joka hankaloitti oikean asunnon löytämistä ja avainten saamista, kun koodia ei ollut. Asiakaspalvelusta saimme aina saman automaattivastauksen.

The location was great and the apartment itself was really good, well equipped and the balcony was a bonus.
We had no hot water our entire stay, someone kept coming to fix it and it would go off again. On the last evening they offered to move us but we didn’t see the point when we were leaving so he offered a full refund, which was heard on the call by everyone in the party. When we got home we only received a partial refund and they were insistent they did not confirm a full refund.
