Epic views, great location, nice and clean, good proximity to restaurants and beach, spacious, fairly quiet, dedicated parking space provided, apartment in good condition, useful kitchen, washine machine, big fridge, good shower water pressure, ambient lighting, big wardrobe, spa pool, perfect sized deck, beautiful marble bathroom, comfy bed, nice furniture, good ducted air system, secure electronic access control, easy road access, communicative helpful host, well appointed for longer stays

Location was great. parking is secure. Bed is comfortable and there is plenty of storage for toys. Views are awesome!
Picking up key card in different location was a little strange, then being requested to provide photo evidence of key return felt like I was not trusted. Fridge beeped upon opening every time. Parking instructions could be more clear. No signs posted to allocated bay for parking, no directions to use oaks hotel lifts

Great location with a beautiful view. Light rail just in front of the building. Overall a pleasant stay.
The kitchen was poorly equipped for four guests (only three plates, bowls and sets of cutlery). No sponge, dishwashing liquid or dishwasher powder was provided. The water filter jug was unusable due to cloudy, smelly water. Although there was a washing machine, there was nowhere to hang clothes or wet beach towels. No basic cleaning items (cloth, paper towels) were available.
These are small details, but they make a big difference considering the price.

Picking up the key was complicated, if you aren't driving its a long way to go collect and then take back with your luggage...needs to he a closer pick up.
We did have 1 issue with the cleaners but it was resolved eventually.
