Everything is great about this condo. Cozy, very close to everything in IT park. Very very safe. Clean. Staff is very friendly too. The actual building is super beautiful and modern as well, roof top view is stunning. Definitely gonna stay here again in the future.
It was a bit to the pricier side probably due to Sinulog and I booked last minute.

Good location
Very worn out and uncomfortable condo. The place need renovation. The shower didn't work. After telling host the shower did not work they tried sending staff that said the shower works. But when I got back home the shower still didnt work (yes I am aware you pull up the stick on the faucet but that one was broken as nothing happened when you pulled it up). The shower had full of flies as well. Worse was the bed had ants. Very uncomfortable bed as well, the mattress is simply so worn out you feel you lay on a brick.
Also look forward to spend 10 minutes waiting for elevator up and down. The Tower Building is so old only 2 elevators is in service. I really cannot recommend any travelers to stay here.
I didn't want to spend more energy on this host and have my vacation ruined, so booked different place. Unfortunately the host uses the same listing here for different condos. If you get the one in Avida Riala Tower cancel the booking. If you get in 38 Park then it's good.
