The staff is AMAZING.
The hotel is excellent, great restaurant and cafe downstairs, great view on the mountains from the common area
The rooms were perfect, clean, and had a really comfortable bed.

Staff was really great! Location is awesome right on the main road and the café was nice.
Common room wasn’t as social as other hostels I’ve been to and noise cancellation could have been better.

The people are very friendly and accommodating. I stayed for a week and spent a lot of time at the location, great flat white in the morning at the cafe, beautiful evenings on the rooftop overlooking the mountain. And comfortable room
The dogs and cats can get a bit loud at times

great rooms, clean, comfortable bed. the rooftop is with the best view in manali. pleasure to wake up with the mountains view.

could be better if the room had a cieling fan. but as i said, the owner took care of it and sent me a stationary one at no extra cost.
