Die Wohnung ist optisch sehr ansprechend gestaltet, sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt nichts, es gibt eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Schöne Terrasse mit eigener Sauna, ideal bei wechselhaften Wetter. Die Lage ist super, nah zur Seebrücke, Strand und Hundestrand.

Der Spiegel im Bad hängt viel zu hoch, unter 175 cm muss man auf Zehenspitzen stehen.
