The only positive point is that the house is spacious and can comfortably accommodate a large group. However, despite the size of the house, the cleanliness, maintenance, and lack of basic amenities made our stay very disappointing. A large house alone is not enough when essential facilities and proper hospitality are missing.

Very disappointing stay for 2 nights. This property failed to provide even the most basic amenities. There was no dustbin, iron, or proper towels upon arrival. The fridge was very dirty, and we even found an unwashed towel hanging inside the wardrobe. The bedsheets were badly faded and looked worn out, while the comforters had an unpleasant smell. There was also no Wi-Fi, so the TV was unusable. The owner was irresponsible and unresponsive throughout our stay. Before we arrived, we specifically asked whether towels would be provided, and she confirmed they would, saying the cleaner would deliver them soon. We accepted the explanation, but by 10:40 p.m., no towels had arrived. Imagine having 7 adults, a 4-year-old child, and an infant with no towels at night. I had to repeatedly beg her to send them and even told her I would make a police report because the situation felt like a scam. She finally delivered them just before midnight, but only provided disposable towels and a few ordinary towels, which were far from adequate. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. The property was poorly maintained, basic facilities were missing, and the owner showed little responsibility or concern for guests. I would not recommend staying here.

Spacy and clean

The attendant never appeared personally. The worst part is when there was confusion about the duration of my booking. I booked and paid for 2 nights but was told to check out on the next day after checking in, ie. just one night. I had to screen shot my payment receipt and only then settled. I think there was a miscommunication between the marketing and management team. Apart from that, I think I would like to return for other time.
