The price was attractive.
The hotel is very basic. No AC, so it gets pretty warm in the summer. All and all acceptable considering the nightly rate.
The parking is not at the hotel, but at a shared residential parking lot nearby, with only one spot (which was already taken). If you park in another spot inside the parking lot then the neighbors will complain asap 😅
