Great Prague location.

Location is great. One block from the A Metro line, 5 minute walk to Charles Bridge and old town square. Fairly quiet location. Basic kitchen.

It was okay but I would expect more comfort

Location although it was a bit hard to find because building number was not visible due to renovation

Towels and pillow covers were not comfortable. They were hard to touch. No shampoo or shower gel supplied

Be sure to connect ahead of time!!

The room was clean, though the towels were air dried and scratchy and thin. The mattress was also thin and would've been hard to do several nights on. The shower was nice and hot and good pressure. The listing says there is a 24 hour front desk, and to communicate when you wanted to arrive. In our booking we listed a time. We arrived early and decided to see if we could leave oyr bags. There was no front desk. It was an apartment building right to the left of the kosher chimney cake place. The big door needed a fob to get in, but we never received any instruction from anyone about how to get in. Other posters say they were sent to a restaurant for keys. I ducked in the door after a resident went in the building and knocked on an apartment door that said "Apartmens". Turns out it was the right place (it was a miracle), and the lady who answered was very gruff but did let us leave oyr things and gave us keys. Our esim was down for 6 hours so we also couldn't call or message anyone. The workers in the establishments around were not friendly or helpful. If we hadnt't already paid we would've left. That was a stressful situation which took us a long time to resolve. The location was really great,however -- a block from the metro, and a close walk to anything in the old town that you'd want to see.
