1. Linen and Towels ( paid as a supplement) were insufficent and should have been changed during the stay
2. Kitchen and Bath consumables were insufficient . Given the price paid, I did not expect to go shopping for them.
3. Mail massages from the agency should be in plain english, not German
4. Last but not the least. The Lady living at the basement of the house is fobic with dogs. Should your dog bark occasionally if left alone in the apartment, this will create serious problems for her , and this will inevitably led to hard confrontations. Property has been very supportive in helping all of us to find a way to deal with this situation. I would suggest not to present the apartment as pet friendly if a person not at ease with dogs lives just 1 floor below.
In general a good apartment, clean, calm, with a very good view and balcony . It could be better stocked for the price paid.
Property and local Agency have been collaborative and supportive in managing issues.
"Pet friendly" does not depend only from the owners, it will work if your dog is completely mute 24h a day every day of your stay .

Het appartement is kwalitatief zeer hoogwaardig afgewerkt, goede meubels en zeer goede apparatuur in keuken, koelkast die automatisch sluit, Siemens kookplaat en oven. Het sanitair in de badkamer was ook erg mooi, hier is geïnvesteerd. De luxe van een ruim balkon, en relatief koel tijdens de hittekoepel.
Na lang nadenken kan er hooguit een vliegenhor in slaapkamer en huiskamer.

Tolle ruhige Lage, moderne Einrichtung, sauber, gute Betten.
Heißwasserhahn an Badewanne verkehrt rum angeschlossen. Man dreht heiß auf, aber kalt kommt.
