Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, bietet hinreichend Platz, ist aber schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist gut geeignet für ausgiebige Fahrradtouren, ein schöner Strand ist ca. 8 Km entfernt in Glowe. Gute Restaurants gibt es in ähnlicher Entfernung in Glowe, Lohme und Sassnitz.
