The apartment has been beautifully renovated and is in an ideal location. Maria was a perfect host making sure we had everything we needed (including milk) and also making sure we went to the right location for our ferry on monday.

We stayed at Italian Gem from September 6 days, and we honestly couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The name really says it all — it truly felt like a little gem in the heart of Kos.
The location is absolutely perfect. Everything we needed was nearby and within walking distance, which made exploring Kos Town so easy and enjoyable.
The apartment itself was beautiful, very spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We especially loved the comfortable bed, the amazing air conditioning, and the lovely outdoor patio/balcony area where we could relax.
Everything was clean, well equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. It really felt like a home away from home.
A special thank you to Maria for being so helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and would happily stay here again when we return to Kos.

L’appartamento si trova nel pieno centro di Kos Town, è stato ristrutturato recentemente ed è arredato con gusto. Si trova tutto il necessario sia per la cucina che per il bagno. La host Maria è stata accogliente e disponibile pur lasciando totale libertà agli ospiti, anche per check in e check out. Non c’è parcheggio per l’auto ma a pochi passi vi sono piazzali pubblici gratuiti

Het is een prachtig appartement midden in de oude stad van Kos maar wij vonden het te warm binnen. Gelukkig was er op de slaapkamer airco . De keuken en woonkamer hebben plafond ventilators die alleen de hete lucht verspreiden ….
