Il soggiorno è stato gradevole ed ha soddisfatto in pieno le mie aspettative. Il punto di forza di questa struttura è il rapporto qualità prezzo! Nonostante su rovi a 25 km da Monaco offre un prezzo introvabile!
Il clima e la temperatura della camera non sono modificabili dall'ospite. La ventola del sistema di areazione è molto rumorosa e non si può spegnere.

Wir hatten sehr gemischte Gefühle, als wir die ganzen negativen Bewertungen gelesen haben. ABER: Dadurch waren wir vorbereitet gewesen! 😉 Denn auf den Anruf bei der von Booking.com angegeben Telefonnummer hat sich KEINER zurück gemeldet, ich hatte aber first sleep gegoogelt und diese Telefonnummer gefunden: 089-231414661, dort bekam ich dann einen Code, mit diesem habe ich dann am Schlüsseltresor an der Eingangstüre meinen Zimmerschlüssel erhalten.
OK....da die Zimmer eine Kitchenette haben, wird da auch gekocht und es roch nach vielen verschiedenen Essen, weil da auch Zeitarbeiter wohnen - aber das Zimmer war echt top 👍 modern, sauber. Saubere Bettwäsche, Handtücher und WC Papier war vorhanden! Der Fernseher funktionierte und hatte deutsche Programme. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und ein 2er Ceranfeld. Notdürftiges Geschirr für 2 Personen vorhanden.
Die komplette Abwicklung könnte man insofern vereinfachen, wenn man VOR ANREISE eine Email bekäme, wie man den Zimmerschlüssel erhält, denn die Rezeption im 2. Stock ist auch nicht besetzt - es ist praktisch kein Ansprechpartner Vorort und das ist schlecht 😔 Hätte ich nicht diese alternative Telefonnummer gehabt, hätten wir alt ausgeschaut 🤦 Die Telefonnummer an der Eingangstüre haben wir tatsächlich nicht mehr ausprobiert, da uns Herr Bauer schon die Info gegeben hatte.
Warum alles so kompliziert machen, wenn alles im Vorfeld schon per E-Mail erklärt werden würde???
Achja....unserer Meinung nach fehlen Bügel und ein Wasserkocher.

It was clean and in the same building with the Mercedes showroom!
I had a very bad experience with one of their staff (an Indian person, I guess), who was very unpolite and unhelpful when it came with entering in the building. He provided us a wrong key code and said to me that I am kind of unable to press that code on the key-box on the wall. In fact, he sent me an incomplete code! And keep saying that I am doing something wrong....It took so long to can enter in the building because of him! At the second floor, where our room was, it persisted a nasty curry smell.....so bad! Hope the owners will do something against these...Also, the hotel sign it was VERY HARD TO FIND OUT! Nobody in that area ever hear about this....Firstsleep Hotel! Do something with that, people!!
