La pulizia, la discrezione, la comodità del letto, l'affaccio, il silenzio, la colazione anche se non era possibile riscaldare il latte o avena per un cappuccino.
ll Wifi ospiti non funzionava, non esisteva la linea indicata nel cartello con password, c'era una linea privata funzionante, ma non ci è stata fornita password con, forse la scusa, che probabilmente c'erano dei lavori, per il parcheggio interno, indicato nelle caratteristiche della camera alla prenotazione, abbiamo dovuto insistere perché appena arrivati ci hanno invitato a parcheggiare fuori, inoltre per arrivare alla camera bisognava attraversare un salone freddissimo con due letti dove erano appoggiati solo due materassi bianchi, visione abbastanza desolante, l'ambiente in alcun modo è stato riscaldato prima del nostro arrivo, anche al bagno si gelava. All'arrivo, inoltre, non è stata data nessuna informazione sull'utilizzo dello split che si trovava in camera, la mattina del check out ci è stato chiesto se andava tutto bene, inutilmente, infatti non abbiamo risposto, perché ormai stavamo lasciando la struttura.
