We're a small family of 3 and really enjoyed our stay overall. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's also in a very quiet location and 5-15 min drive from just about everything we visited from restaurants to shops like LIDL, etc. The staff were exceptional with their communication and very helpful from start to finish. We would definitely stay again if we ever visited Chania in the future. Highly recommended for a small family.
The only downside to mention is nothing to do with the Villa -- it was that we left the windows open at night on the first night and we were woken up by dogs barking, animals, and machines from between 3-6am. We then kept the windows closed on the following nights with the aircon (which we normally don't like) and didn't have a problem with noise from there. So only a small thing but worth mentioning for those who are sensitive to noise.
