Compact, clean, cosy, bright.
BBQ, well-appointed kitchenette.
Lovely sunny courtyard.
Great for a short staycay
Close to a couple of pubs, and cafe restaurant (at marina).
Nice walks along Dawesville Cut.
Nearby Village Beach is safe for kids with nice park
Photos make it appear smaller than it is.
Well appointed kitchenette but no sink and bathroom basin too small for easy access
No air-conditioning or fan in bedroom - with sunny courtyard in front, could get quite warm in the summer.
Parking in road verge.
TV old - sound but no picture on many channels.

location and communication was good.
Lack of inside sink, plumbed bench like most motel units was disappointing. Up to 2 x nights ok but needed for longer stay.

We liked the terrace.
No kitchen sink no access to water unless you went bathroom, which was not ideal.
Musty smell through apartment and linen.
Decor was tired looking, bed sofa uncomfortable.
