casa rosa is a lovely place! spacious, well appointed and decorated, comfortable and with a very nice outdoor space. it has a good shower and comfortable bed - "must haves" for travellers! the deep purple decor is very striking and appealing. it's well laid out and spacious. having free parking on site was fantastic! it was in a very nice setting up in the hills of tivoli. communicating with sara was an absolute pleasure!

the kitchen could use some attention. it's big and has all the necessary appliances. but as is often the case, it's got an odd collection of dishes/cups/plates/pots/etc. it needs to be refreshed, in our opinion. we got there (by car) without any problems, but it's quite hidden and the final road sign is tiny and very hard to find. thankfully beatrice, was there waiting for us and was able to walk down to the bus depot area and take us up to the house. she checked us in and was very nice, patient and helpful getting us settled.

Nulla tutto perfetto

Tutto perfetto!

Niente!

10 / 10Outstanding·Mar 2026

Silenzioso. Terrazzo per colazione all'aperto. Accogliente quindi molto consigliato.
