En el baño salían cucarachas por la noche y mis hijos tenían terror de ir al baño solos. La separación con el apartamiento de al lado no está bien aislado y parecía q estaban en el mismo apartamento con nosostros, se escuchaba absolutamente todo.

Decepcionante

Fácil acceso al apartamento y zona de fácil aparcamiento.

En fotos parece que es un bajo con “algo de ventilación” cosa que no es así, ya que las únicas ventanas que tienen es una al lado de la puerta de entrada que no se puede dejar abierta (por mucho que sea abatible) porque al ser un bajo escuchas absolutamente todo, y encima te pueden abrir la puerta fácilmente, y la otra está en el baño, pero al ser planta baja hemos tenido bastantes cucarachas y ellos mismo lo saben, ya que dejan el bote de insecticida en el baño.. lamentable. Hemos tenido que tapar algunos huecos de la pared del baño con papel porque salían a pares.. Sin hablar de que los vecinos los escuchas hasta respirar y cuando encienden la luz entra toda en la habitación por la ventanal que hay, (el cual no puedes abrir) por mucho que bajes la cortina que tiene al no ser opaca entra igualmente. Durante el día tienes que tener la luz encendida porque no entra luz natural por ninguna parte, solo por la cristalera que hay al lado de la puerta. Colchones duro, almohadas muy muy finas , sábanas muy gastadas y llenas de pelotillas .
