Мы уже несколько раз останавливались в этой квартире. Бронируем всегда за много месяцев, чтобы попасть именно в эту квартиру.Очень уютная атмосферная квартира. Большая, прямо около площади Сан Марко. Есть лифт. Прекрасный вид на крыши Венеции. Два санузла. Очень много интересных предметов интерьера с историей. Доброжелательные хозяева.

We have visited Venice many times over the years and this was by far the most comfortable and convenient apartment we’ve ever stayed in Venice.
First of all, it was very homely, did not feel like a rental but like a real, regular home, which is great, especially if you are staying longer than a few days like we did. We had everything we needed for our stay, and having two full bathrooms was another plus that made our stay very comfortable. We even had a vintage Bang & Olufsen, with Louis Armstrong, Schubert and Beatles CDs, that was a very nice surprise!
The location is perfect, just behind San Marco, but at the same time nicely quiet, we didn’t hear any street noise.
The air condition worked perfectly, which can be a problem in Venice accommodation, so this was another plus we’d like to mention. Finally, both the owner, Federico and the host, Maura were extremely helpful and friendly, and that made our stay even more pleasant.
Thank you, we will certainly be back!

Мы уже второй раз останавливаемся в этой квартире. И она прекрасна! Много раз останавливались в Венеции, и это самая аутентичная приятная квартира. Очень душевная. Идеальное расположение. Прекрасная хозяйка Маура, которая всегда на связи и ответит на все вопросы. Очень чистая большая квартира, красота в множестве антикварных деталей. Восторг!
