The apartment was mostly what we (a group of 3 friends) expected. It is located right in the trendy neighbourhood of Budapest, but in a way so you don't get bothered at all by street noise - which was nice! The apartment was also very clean and the key handover as uncomplicated as it gets. A friend tried the Sauna and found it to be great aswell. Overall a good to very good way to stay in Budapest, if you're interested to stay in the bar district of the city - but the river and sights are also not far away, easy to walk, get a quick Bike/Lime or a cheap cab. Communication with the host was also nice. There is a bathroom in each room, so as 3 people there is no need to share or leave your room to go the toilet.
My 2 friends took the big rooms and found them to be very good. I unfortunately drew the short straw, staying in the small 3rd room - which does not have any pictures here at the time of my review. It is really small, there is a bed in there and you can take one step in each direction and that's it. I found the bed linens to be too short for my size (182cm) and the AC is kind of directed at the bed - so you either turn it off (gets stuffy because of how small the room is) or on (you're cold since the bedspread is kinda small-ish).
The balcony is also really just the outdoor-staircase, so don't expect any privacy there, you're in essence sitting in the staircase-area where other people occasionally walk by. In one of the larger rooms the drain was kind of smelly.

Apartamento espaçoso. Muito confortável. Bem decorado. A nossa estadia foi tranquila. Composto por um quarto de casal pequeno com wc, mais um quarto de casal grande com sofá cama e uma cama de casal e wc. Mais uma sala
com sofá cama, e wc. Na sala tem um mezanino com acesso por uma escada. Tem uma cama de casal. A cozinha tem uma mesa para 6 pessoas. Casa bem equipada, a cozinha poderia ter mais alguns acessórios.
O acesso ao andar. Depois de passar a porta que dá para a rua, temos de aceder ao primeiro piso por escada ou elevador ( Não usamos o elevador) . O apartamento fica num balcão/andar, dentro de um pátio que dá acesso a todos os outros andares e apartamentos . É uma estrutura típica da zona. Encontra-se encardida e degradada. Se nos conseguimos alhear desta situação….,o apartamento é muito bom.

Excellent and well equipped property. Comfortable and bright with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and all the home comforts you would need. Towels and basic supplies included and there is also a sauna!
I would state the exterior of the building is quite an eye sore, but that is the state of the old weathered building but once you cross the threshold into the apartment, it’s beautiful, light and airy. Can not fault the apartment, location is very central, 10mins walk to the Ruin Bar, has a spar next door and opposite, and surrounded by bars and restaurants, but cannot here any noise from any passers by.
Alexandra was on hand to answer any questions and was a dream host! Definitely recommend the property and exceptional value for money
