We had such a lovely stay. The couple who welcomed us were incredibly kind and friendly and made us feel right at home. The house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the breakfast was incredible, made by them. Even with a language barrier, they always found a way to communicate with us and make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay again.

Le couple de retraités qui nous reçoit est adorable même si il ne parle pas anglais . La qualité de la literie la climatisation et surtout le jardin potager et fruitier ou tout est à portée de main .. nous avons passé une excellente soirée à parler avec le couple grâce à Google translate ..!
Rien ! Tout nous a plus car nous aimons rencontrer des gens !

Großzügige Wohnung, eigentlich für 6 Personen, 2 Badezimmer. Alles sehr ordentlich. In der Küche wäre eine Mikrowelle schön gewesen.
Gleich bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein türkischer Kaffee und ein Raki credenzt. Jeden Nachmittag bekamen wir einen Teller Kirschen aus dem eigenen Garten. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag anders, schmackhaft und auf unseren Wunsch hin vegetarisch. Es war so reichhaltig, daß es auch noch zum Abendbrot reichte.
Das Vermieterpaar spricht zwar nur albanisch, aber mit der Übersetzungsapp klappte die Kommunikatkon.
Die Dusche hatte weder eine Duschtüre noch einen Duschvorhang. Nach dem Duschen stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser.

The hosts, Besim and his wife, are very attentive: they waited for our late arrival to let us park on the property, and served delicious breakfasts. The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the balcony with a view of the castle has a sofa and a small table where we ate some meals. While the location is around 25 minutes of walking away from the main attractions, the atmosphere in the quarter is lovely. When we arrived on a Sunday, we felt transported back to the 1960s and '70s in terms of social interaction: groups of elderly sitting in the shade and talking, kids riding bycicles and playing ball, women with strollers chatting, a serene sense of weekend calm. Peole were talking to each other, very few on their phones! A great market is held on weekdays nearby. The walk back from the old town or castle in the evening was lovely in the cool evening air.
Nothing. Some might prefer the busy areas, but we were happier with the calm atmosphere of the quarter.
