It was warm and cosy but small. The bed was ok, a bit on the soft side but purely personal preference. Reasonably well equipped and a lovely wood stove which was perfect for the cold evenings. When we needed a replacement kettle the owner was very quick to supply a replacement. Excellent Thai restaurant 10 minutes away. Good value for money.
The property was small, ok for 2 adults but a squeeze for 4. The sofas (2 x 2 seaters) were not comfortable and parking could be a real issue outside (fortunately for us the neighbouring property was empty at the time).
There was also an unpleasant smell from the shower drain. Overall the property was a bit tired and could do with a bit of a refresh.
