Very spacious apartment over three floors but fortunately there is a lift. Very comfortable beds. Fabulous views from the rooftop of the lake and the mountains across the bay to the south.
Host provided a welcome pack of drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic, coffee pods, tea…
Host was very responsive and helpful overall.
The apartment is situated above their Gioma Meze restaurant which serves good food.
Quiet location.
A parking spot had been set aside for us so that we didn’t have to climb up the hill or the steep steps to the apartment with our suitcases.
It was difficult to open the living room/kitchen balcony doors.
Two showers would be helpful if there were 3 couples staying. We were only three individuals and so we didn’t have a problem.
Our only real quibble was that despite having booked a table at their restaurant below we found that we had been forgotten. Fortunately, and despite a thunderstorm, and after some insistence from us, we were eventually given a table, and importantly a table out of the rain!
Why are there insufficient coat hangers?
The air conditioning in the master bedroom was inconsistent in its effectiveness. No matter what temperature we set it to, it still blasted freezing air! Fortunately there was a duvet in the wardrobe.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation en plein centre d’Agios Nikólaos où nous avons pu profiter de l’ambiance le soir venu. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les magnifiques terrasses, l’agencement et les équipements de l’appartement.
