Proprietarul a fost foarte amabil, comunicativ și de treabă. Locația este potrivită pentru familii, iar spațiul este destul de generos și are potențial pentru un sejur plăcut.
Din păcate, curățenia a lăsat destul de mult de dorit. Lenjeriile nu păreau curate, prosoapele aveau un miros neplăcut, iar în casă era un miros de închis. Nici baia nu a fost foarte curată, inclusiv toaleta, iar la duș nu am găsit șampon. De asemenea, nu exista nici mătură, nici mop pentru a putea face puțină curățenie pe durata șederii. Cu mai multă atenție acordată igienei, aerisirii și lucrurilor de bază oferite oaspeților, cazarea ar putea fi mult mai plăcută.
