民泊なので不安でしたが、広いお部屋でとても快適に過ごさせていただきました。
立地は、中心地や公共交通機関の乗り場からは少し歩きますが、すごく遠いわけではないので、歩くのが苦じゃなければとても良いと思います。
洗濯機があるのもありがたかったです。
ハンガーもたくさんあってよかったのですが、割れているものが多かったです。
ですが、使えないわけではなかったので、とても助かりました。
２人での利用でしたが、4人などだったらお得感も感じられると思います。

民泊なので身分証明書の提示が必要でした。
最初見落としており、危うくチェックインできないところでした
(丁寧にリマインドをいただけていたので、こちらの見落としです)
仕方ないとはいえ、身分証明書の写真を送るのは抵抗はありました。
２個ある照明が、最初どちらか1つしかつけることができず、両方つけるのにはコツがいりました。片方でも過ごすことはできたのですが、最初少し戸惑いました

Great location. Near 24-hour convenience store and around 4-5 minutes walkable to Sapporo main area. A lot of good, affordable dining spots in the area. Locals were nice and welcoming. We loved our room! It exceeded our expectations and quite spacious! We were so comfortable and very at home. I appreciated the detailed manual for everything in the unit and even had good food and activity recommendations!
There was no dryer in the unit but no worries cause the balcony can serve as drying area as the heat from the aircon unit circulated in that area so all good!
