-Great facilities but some were extra charges which seemed unnecessary
- Gym was excellent
- Comfortable, quiet and modern rooms
- Private parking garage
- Decent value for apartment size
- Staff were good e.g hostess Natalia
- Too commercial - loads of additional charges
- Restricted amenities e.g only a couple of toilet rolls provided, only x1 washing tablet etc
- High security deposit
- Washing machine and hoover didn’t work
- Key pick up/drop off needs to be hassle free e.g lock box instead of forcing people to trek to main reception

The location was nice, it is just in front of the beach, you can walk 2 min and enjoy walking on the beach. The views were amazing. Parking outside is easy.
Collecting the keys was a pain: you either have to go to the hotel to pick them up or send your passports in advance. Even though the hotel is only a five-minute drive away, the process could be much smoother.
• The apartment was not clean, as evidenced by the condition of the sunbeds.
• The cooling system and hot water share one control terminal, but there were no instructions. It didn’t work properly, and we had to call the rental manager—who only came back the next day—due to a lack of communication.
• The jacuzzi, one of the main reasons we chose this apartment, was dirty and had insects in it, so we couldn’t use it.
• The remote control for the parking garage didn’t work.
• There is very little privacy on the terrace, as you can see directly into your neighbors’ balconies.
• The dryer was out of order and had not been cleaned.
• The common pool area in the building looked nothing like the pictures.
