Capita raramente di valutare una struttura al massimo delle stelle, ma il Basch House merita appieno questo giudizio. Situato nel cuore della Secessione, l'hotel occupa un edificio che trasmette tutto il fascino di quella rivoluzione storico-artistica.
Gentilissimo tutto il personale, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. La camera assegnata era un grande monolocale mansardato, arredato con gusto ricercato e dotato di ogni comfort: letti comodissimi, doccia meravigliosa e un salotto davvero piacevole in cui pianificare gli itinerari in città.
La colazione è da chef, servita nel bellissimo locale omonimo. Ogni nostra richiesta ha trovato risposta immediata. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo
Il Basch House non ha avuto nessuna pecca. Mi ha solo sorpreso superando ogni aspettativa

Ich war rundum begeistert. Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal. So freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter erlebt man wirklich selten. Ich wurde jederzeit freundlich empfangen und bei jeder Frage sofort unterstützt. Der Service war außergewöhnlich und hat meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Für das Personal gibt es von mir ganz klar 10 von 10 Punkten. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!
Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Alles war perfekt.

Izuzetna predusretljivost i ljubaznost zaposlenih (osoblja).
Jako prijatan boravak. Jedva cekamo novu priliku za posetu.Smestaj je jako prijatan i lepo uredjen i opremljen. Nista nam nije nedostajalo. Hrana u restoranu je fantasticna, pivo izuzetno i za preporuku.
Sve je savrseno, nema stvari koja nam se nije dopala.
