Had a few difficulties with the air conditioning unit, even with guidance from the host and details videos/instructions on how to operate the unit, we were not able to fix the problem. However on the last night of our short trip, the unit started working properly on it's own. The problem in general was that the air conditioning unit, wasn't producing any cold air, even when set to the lowest temp.

Location was ideal

There was no Wi-Fi and the air conditioning was not cooling and the microwave was not working. It’s normally standard to have Wi-Fi in an apartment but only found out that it was not no the mentioned in amenities list.
