Nice layout, two bedroomed, with dining area and separate kitchen, great location in Como near station, ferry port, shops, restaurants and cathedral - great for a couples trip, family or a friends trip. we deliberately chose the location so it was near bars and restaurants with a bit of life!
Alessandro was our contact before our arrival, during and post stay, super helpful with guidance about the apartment and offering ideas whilst we were there.
My second time staying in Como, I would stay here next time I visit.

I have stayed at this property before so once we knew we where passing through Como again I immediately checked this properties availably. It was even more wonderful the second time! Alessandro is great to deal with, very prompt and keen to assist. The property is spacious and very well maintained, and very clean. The location is amazing, so close to everything. This property will always be our top choice when visiting Como. Thank you Alessandro for another fantastic stay!
The street outside can be a little noisy at times, but to be expected when staying right in the hub of a place like Como.

The property is in a very central and convenient location. It is comfortable and everything is provided by the host.
It is quite a noisy location. That is to be expected in a central and busy area - rubbish trucks early in the morning and a bar nearby at night - and the host thoughtfully provided earplugs. It wasn’t a problem for us.

Das Apartment liegt direkt in der Altstadt von Como. Der Gastgeber Alessandro hat sich via WhatsApp sehr um uns gekümmert und sofort und unkompliziert auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Allerdings hatten wir keine Fragen, ausser die Kaffeemaschine betreffend. Die Bilder auf booking.com entsprechen dem Apartment voll und ganz. Es ist zu beachten, dass es etwas laut werden kann, weil das Apartment im Zentrum liegt. Dafür ist aber mit Ohrstöpseln und einer Klimaanlage vorgesorgt und bei geschlossenen Fenstern kann man sehr gut schlafen. Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt und die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig. Extra Kopfkissen hat es im Schrank.
Es ist nicht negativ, es ist einfach zu beachten oder anzumerken: Das Apartment befindet sich im 2. Stock und es hat keinen Lift. Ich als Lungenkranke benötigte etwas Zeit, aber es ist machbar. Die Matratze war für uns zu hart; aber das ist wirklich sehr individuell und soll absolut nicht negativ sein, oder die Bewertung schmälern.
