It has one of the best views and located in the best area in my opinion
The bed wasn’t so comfortable, I struggled a lot to get a better sleep, they really needed to change the bed.

Gute Lage.
Ganze Wohnung hat einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch.
Kanal von der Dusche stinkt
Alles gehört mal gründlichst gereinigt. Wirkt als wird nur oberflächlich gereinigt.
Küchenaustattung etwas bedürftig und ebenfalls teilweise nicht ganz sauber.
Kühlschrank auch durchgehend. sehr laut und störend.

l'emplacement est plutôt correct
ce logement s'appelle "luxury sky view" mais de luxury il n'en a que le nom. 4 problèmes majeurs ont été relevés. Le plus grave...il n'y a pas de lit dans cet appartement mais juste un canapé lit...qui plus est très inconfortable. Un comble pour une location qui se veut luxueuse! Ensuite, il y a un bruit constant des canalisations d'eau (surtout le matin). Pas top pour dormir. 2 autres soucis plus mineurs. Les lumières automatiques (avec cellule photo électriques) qui mettent une éternité à s'éteindre et donc peuvent gêner quand on se lève la nuit pour aller aux wc!! Pour finir, le système d'ouverture des portes de l'immeuble et de l'appartement qui requièrent une connexion internet sur son tel et l'appli à chaque fois qu'on veut rentrer....pas top! Quant à la vue, elle est jolie en effet...mais dépêchez vous car ils construisent une tour en face et très bientôt il n'y aura plus trop de vue! Bref pour le prix, c'est très décevant!
