This Beach "Cottage" is Newly built (2023) and super Stylish, with every modern facility you can imagine. You have your own entrance to the house, your own parking space, a total private garden area of 90 sqm. The 68 sqm wooden terrace in your garden offers you a fantastic outdoor area with a built in sofa, table with 4 comfortable chairs, parasol, sun-beds, lanterns and BBQ area. You also have your own lockable garden house for bikes/ golf clubs, surfboards etc and another one same size but open. A total of 9.5 sqm storage.
All windows inside has Blackout curtains for a good night sleep, a reliable fiber wifi of 100Mbit/s, dim lights throughout the house which makes the house so cosy. To ad even more "coziness" you will have lots of candles and tea lights for your use. The house oozes of character. All materials in the house is of Very High quality materials. All in the high sought after beach area of Kämpinge/Höllviken. You will never want to leave!

Terrific! The house, while small, is new and quite well appointed. Our hosts were very warm and helpful. We jokingly called it the Hobbit House because, with the quirky local building code, the second floor loft had ceilings of only about 4 feet high. Nonetheless, we had a fine time and never really noticed any limitations the house size may have caused. In particular, the deck area was fabulous for dining and leisure time. The only major suggestion we could give Per and Christina was to add an extensible awning over the patio to provide shelter/shade for inclement weather. Highly recommend this for a couple looking to get away. The local area is interesting and had lots of good bakeries and restaurants. If the opportunity comes we will be back, Per and Christina. Thanks again and we hope to see you in the future
