A great eat in dining room overlooking the lake as well as a fully equipped kitchen. A Screened in back porch with rockers, a swing, and a high top table for 2. We also have a griddle/gas grill combination located on the back deck. Home also includes for your use while here a kayak.

We spent the week at this beautiful haven with Lake Seminole in our backyard. We were in for.the GA Bass Nation state classic. The boat dock has 2 slips and 1 lift which was great for easy in/out. The home has plenty of room for boat parking and hookup. The home has an amazing screened in back porch with plenty of seating.Nikki was a great host. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we are back on the lake in 2027.

This property was wonderful! The location was great and the place was extremely clean! There was a really nice covered dock, which came in handy because we ended up getting some rain. We fished from the dock for the afternoon and caught some really nice crappy!

We absolutely loved our stay on Lake Seminole! This property was spotless, beautifully remodeled, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. It’s right on the water with gorgeous views and easy access for fishing — truly a perfect retreat for anyone who loves the outdoors. You can tell the owners have put a lot of care into keeping it updated and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back!
