Stay close to the famous First Monday Trade Days in the lovely city of Canton, Texas. This quaint MiL suite has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. A short distance to Lake Fork, Athens, Tyler and Palestine. Enjoy 5 acres just outside of town.

We were exceptionally pleased. It was very clean with a decorators touch, lots of extras- a sheepskin rug, plush towels, great small appliances, modern baby equipment and comfy queen sized beds. The hostess even accommodated our special request. Overall is was comfortable, clean, easy to find, and there was quick communication with the owner. It was a winner!

It’s a beautiful and peaceful place to get away!We were very comfortable at the property and the host had it stocked with everything we needed.If we go back to this area, we would definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful location for us to spend time with our family in Canton. Very close and convenient to First Monday sale, restaurants and grocery stores. Comfortable and had many amenities although we didn’t use them much as we were gone all day and evening. Megan was attentive and communicated easily with us but we didn’t really need a thing as it was all there at our fingertips!!

Daring little house. Comfortable beds. A perfect place to stay for Trade Days, just 10 mins away. I would stay here again, definitely.
