About this apartment rental

Originally built in 1893 by the mayor of Juneau, this beautiful four-plex apartment home, originally The Maloney Mansion, has been in our family for more than 50 years. Enjoy this spacious studio apartment with Gold Rush history and charm for miles. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to enjoy downtown Juneau! Beautiful views!

It was a great apartment in a great location. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with essentials. It was very clean and communication with the host was prompt and clear. The building was secure and the neighborhood felt safe. Be prepared for a steep walk from downtown if you don’t have a car. Juneau is the best!

So much we LOVED about this stay: LOVED the flat- cozy but spacious, had all the mod-cons, plus a well laid out and stocked kitchen, extra towels and nice bath. Flat was nice and quiet and we slept well. LOVED the location- blocks away from coffee, crab, halibut and nice walks. LOVED the friendliness and flexibility of Jason and Corey.

Great location just up the hill from downtown Juneau in a quiet neighborhood. The unit was perfect for our stay and had all the amenities we needed.
