Suite Paradis is a 60 m2 apartment. It has been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 4 people. The property is located on the 4th floor of a secure building with elevator.
The layout is as follows:

- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules
- Cosy master bedroom with double bed
- Modern bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.
- Separate WC from bathroom

* The bathroom, with the shower and washbasin, has no door and opens onto the bedroom side; only the separate WC closes. With four guests, you need to organise yourselves so that everyone can wash in privacy, which may bother groups of friends or families with older children.
* The apartment is on the 4th floor, but street noise can be heard inside late in the evening and early in the morning, which may bother light sleepers.
* The streets around the building can feel uninviting, especially in the evening, which may make guests returning late feel uneasy.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.
On the plus side, you will be a 5-minute walk from the Canal Saint-Martin and less than 10 minutes from Place de la République, on the 4th floor of a secure building with a lift, in a 60 m² (646 sq ft) apartment our guests describe as bigger than it looks, with a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.
Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.
However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and
carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will
ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience
during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to
respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held
responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
We can be reached from 9am to 11pm, 7 days a week, via the communication
interface on your booking platform or by telephone. Don't hesitate to
