We had a great stay at this place in Montrose! The host was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond, which made everything really smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was one of our favorite parts — really quiet, beautiful, and still close to everything we needed. There were plenty of good restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby, but the area itself felt peaceful and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice quiet weekend in Houston. Would happily stay here again!

The property, while somewhat dated, is well maintained and clean. The overall upkeep reflects consistent attention to maintenance and guest comfort.
A dedicated parking spot is included with the reservation, which is a convenient feature for guests with vehicles. The kitchen was nice and functional; however, providing a few additional utensils would improve the overall cooking experience. The BR towels could also be refreshed to better align with the otherwise high standard of cleanliness.
The property is located in close proximity to local attractions, making it a nice choice for nearby points of interest.
Despite a few minor areas for improvement, the stay was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of cleanliness, convenience, and location offers strong value. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
