Cozy 2 bedroom guesthouse perfect for a getaway or a quick stay. This home has a full bath, kitchen and washer and dryer! House includes all amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enough to sleep up to 6 people! Great park and dog park located right across the street. 1 min drive to grocery and shopping. 20 min to the University of Oregon. 8 min drive to airport.

I stayed here for 3 weeks. Guest house is cozy and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Great location - close to everything. Dedicated parking for guest house was a bonus! Getting out onto the busy street was sometimes problematic. Patience is key in that regard! I really enjoyed my stay here. Host was very accommodating and fixed one minor issue quickly! The only reason I gave the "description" 4 stars instead of 5 was because the guest house is behind the garage and is very shaded by neighboring trees & bushes. The pictures look very bright, but it is a not as bright as the pictures show. But otherwise - a great place to stay - and I would stay here again!

This was a nice little apartment added to a garage. The main house next door had no tenants during our stay, so it was very quiet.It is located on a fairly busy street. But traffic is very light at night. And there is a small shopping center just around the corner.The beds were comfortable with good, clean linens. Having the two queen beds in the main bedroom was very nice.We cooked breakfast with great results. There is a Keurig coffee pod maker and the stove worked fine. Plenty of dishes and utensils.The bathroom is very small. But the walk-in shower was nice with good hot water.There is a washer and dryer, but we did not use them.We stayed here to be close to the airport. It was pretty close and was an easy drive later in the evening.

In general the location was good but we have a couple of issues we believe should be address.1. It is very hard to spot the driveway, especially at night. It would be nice to have some landmark, or maybe some solar lights to mark it.2. The walkway up to the door is very rough. I almost stumbled. It needs to be smoothed out.3. The lighting of the walkway is poor. When we first got there, there was no light at all. The next day I found a cord for the timer but that was hard to use. And the cafe lights weren't very bright and did not help the walkway at all.
