About this apartment rental
Excelente departamento dentro de una casa típica Oaxaqueña, construida a principios del siglo XX, recién remodelada, amplias áreas privadas con sala y comedor, cocineta, 1 baño completo, 1 amplia recamara con cama Queen size, escritorio, tiene un patio de uso exclusivo con hamaca y sillas.
Comparte el vestíbulo de la calle y un patio central con otro departamento, para estancias de media y larga duración es excelente, la cocina cuenta con horno microondas, parrilla de inducción, refrigerador mediano, utensilios, vajilla. Tiene un baño completo, nuevo, con agua caliente en la ducha.
La ubicación es envidiable, a 4 cuadras del templo de Santo Domingo, 5 cuadras del centro de la ciudad, restaurantes, cafeterías, museos, tiendas, artesanías todo muy cerca, ideal para conocer y disfrutar de la ciudad caminando.
No cuenta con estacionamiento, pero hay cercanos, la zona es bastante segura para disfrutar de día o de noche.
Para apoyo y tranquilidad de nuestro huéspedes, existen cámaras de seguridad en la fachada de la calle, en el vestíbulo de uso común y compartido, asi como el patio de uso común y compartido.

The owner was very communicative, clear, and attentive. Often went out of his way to make us feel welcome. There is a bit of an issue with black ants in the kitchen, just a matter of keeping the area clean. The floors needed some mopping because it easily gets dusty in the city. Water pressure as in most of the city isn’t very strong. The place itself was even nicer than in the photos. Location is algo good and walkable to most places downtown.

I had such a wonderful stay at Alberto's place! He was the most thoughtful host, sharing local recommendations, coming to greet me in person with his wife and adorable dog, and even bringing over local Oaxacan treats for me to try! I appreciated his kindness very much, thank you Alberto! :)The place was so comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you might need. It's in the perfect location, central to all the sights. I loved the decor, with the stunning Frida painting and the walls semi repainted to show off the beautiful history of the building. The entrance courtyard is gorgeous with the bright colourful mural and lovely plants.The wifi worked perfectly for remote work, the AC, shower, hot water all were great. It really was the perfect stay!
