The loft is located in a secure complex with controlled access. Enter using the keys provided by the security staff. Common areas, including the gym and pool, are shared. 1. Upon check in, and as a mandatory requirement to enter the condominium, the tenant must leave the following deposits as a guarantee: a) $1,000.00 MXN as a security deposit for the remote control of the automatic gate. b) $1,000.00 MXN as a deposit for any fines, damages, and/or violations of the condominium regulations, common areas, and private areas of the condominium. These deposits will be refunded once the assigned staff verifies that there are no infractions, fines, or damages to the condominium regulations, common areas, or private areas, and that the remote control for the automatic gate has been returned in good working condition.
